This year I will be moderating a think-tank discussion on the topic of KPI's to improve the overall portfolio management governance at the (Agile) IT Project Portfolio Management 2017 conference in Berlin. KPI's are key for planning and controlling the performance of project portfolios and ensuring value generation. As more and more agile managed projects are joining the portfolio, KPI models need to be rethought, which is one of the goals of the discussion round. I hope to see you there.
